1. Price - $24.97 (4 out of 5) The price is right but I wish they would have given more emphasis on a solid exercise program. They mostly concentrate on losing weight through eating negative calorie foods. From my experience, dieting and exercising work hand in hand, but you can overcome this by implementing your own exercise routine.

2. Reading - (5 out of 5) If you follow the program you can lose weight, but their claim to lose 14 pounds in a week might be a little more challenging. Ideally, you should expect to lose anywhere from 1 to 4 pounds a week.

3. Tools - (3 out of 5) The training in the book is excellent. Some of the planned meals and exercises are right on topic. I think they could improve a little more on creating a daily step-by-step approach.

4. Money Back Guarantee - (4 out of 5) For this price, you can’t beat the 60 day guarantee, but at least they have a money back guarantee - so many programs you purchase don’t.

I give it 16 out of 20 points

Summary:
This is a great program that won’t break your food budget. Most of the food items you will already have in your home or they are readily available at your local grocer. I have been using this diet plan for some time and the results have been excellent.
The great thing is you have no clubs to join, no monthly fees, just simple eating and exercise that will help you lose weight and gain confidence.
