Resistance Tubes

“The Ultimate Home Gyme? Bodylastics Resistance Tubes- Does It Work? The Absolute Truth Exposed About Resistance Tubes”

If you’re like me, you cringe at the thought of spending $500 and up to buy a home gym, or join a health club. That’s why I decided to look for an alternative. What I was looking for was a machine or system that would provide workouts that rival the best and most expensive exercise machines on the market and at a fraction of the cost.

After seeing a commercial on the Bodylastic resistance tubing system, I decided to give it a whirl and see if it was all it was made out to be. Here are my results.

How the Bodylastics System Works…..

1. Resistance Training - Bodylastics uses the same theory of resistance to build muscle strength as the weight lifting systems located in a gym. The difference lies in the equipment. Rather than bulky and expensive weights, the Bodylastic system uses sets of lightweight elastic tubing. The tubing is color coded for the user, with each color providing a different level of resistance by its thickness

2. Quick Clip System - The Bodylastics home gym system uses never before seen variations of elastic resistance. The quick clip system allows the user to conveniently clip multiple bands onto a set of handles or ankle straps. The Bodylastics home gym system also offers unlimited fitness potential which means any number of tubes can be attached at a given time.

3. Door Anchor - Bodylastics also uses door anchors. The door anchor can be attached to any door that closes by placing the foam anchor over or under the door and then closing it. The tubes then connect the anchor and the handle or ankle straps using the quick clip system. This alone allows users to perform multiple exercises…

Overall…

1. Price (5 out of 5) The entry level systems start at only $46 bucks! However, 90% of their systems sell for a minimum of $60. If you’re a beginner, I would recommend you start with the “Basic Tension System” for $45.95 Click Here to check it out.

2. The Equipment (5 out of 5) - Instead of using polymer rods like its competition, Bodylastics systems use high quality elastic tubing. It achieves the same results as a Bowflex at a fraction of the cost. Bowflex tension levels can be adjusted by hooking different bars to the bench. Bodylastics can also be adjusted by combining different elastic band strengths that allow the user to customize their workouts.

3. Training Instructions (4 out of 5) - There is a set of simple but very efficient fitness exercises that assure a thorough remodeling of one’s body after a few sessions of using Bodylastic. These exercises are based on the principal fitness moves and do not require a special physical condition in order to be practiced. Among these exercises there are some really simple ones. The only negative was that the entry level system does not come with an instructional DVD.

4. Money Back Guarantee - (5 out of 5) The home gym exercise systems carry a 6 week money back guarantee and a LIFETIME warranty.

So I give it 19 out of 20

Summary:
The Bodylastics system uses resistance to build muscles which is similar to the weight lifting systems in the gym. It uses the best form of resistance, elastic resistance tubing.

Resistance can be increased or decreased by just adding and removing the resistance tubing. To exercise different muscles you just need to move the door anchor and use your own creativity to recreate exercises of the health club.

By comparison, the Bowflex is a popular home gym workout system that incorporates polymer rods for resistance that emulates the typical weights and pulleys used in weight machines. It consists of a fairly large system that includes a bench as well as leg and arm levers. It comes in a much smaller package than the typical home gym, considering that only one unit needs to be purchased as opposed to several different machines.

However, the Bowflex carries a high price tag. In fact the home gym system can cost up to 2,000 dollars. Bodylastics is a similar system that also relies on resistance training, but it is available for a mere 50 dollars and won’t take up important space in your home like a larger system will or wind up under your bed. ?

The thing I like most about the Bodylastic system is that you can work your arms and legs at the same time and the results are fantastic and the effects are very quick. Just after only a few sessions of working with Bodylastic I started to see obvious change in my bodies physic.

Once I started to feel some pain in my muscles, I knew the workouts where working. If you don’t feel some pain when using the resistance tubing system, you will need to increase the level. Don’t overdo these exercises.

Overall, this is a wonder system that would be a great addition to anyones workout routine. If you are at all serious about toning up your body, then this system is for you. This Bodylastics system is built for the beginner as well as a trained professional.
